Dunblane Massacre!!

I chose this particular topic because my cousin Ashleigh was in primary 1 at the time and i wanted to find out what actualy happened.

On march 13th 1996,Thomas Hamilton, aged 43 entered Dunblane Primary School armed with more than 700 bulets.Once there,he cut all near by telephone wires and entered the assembaly hall were a class of 5 and 6 year olds were in the middle of a gym lesson,he first shot several teachers.Then he turned his gun and fired at the children.Many tried to scramble to saftey under tables and chairs.Screams echoed through the gym hall as pools of blood began to spread all over the floor.Hamilton steped out the gym hall and fired again this time at the classrooms in the corridor,shooting more before entering the gym hall again.He began shooting again,then he put the gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger.

The most seriously injured child  that surrvived was 6 year old Coll,who was shot in the foot.As Coll hopped over to his friends and teachers near the storeroom he was shot again in the arm.Coll fell flat on his face;He saw one of his friends in a pool of blood,staring at him,Coll lay there, he herd the gunman approach and he saw the  mans boots in front of him;He shot Coll in the back.....

The first time we heard a bang we knew something was wrong and when my teacher was told that it was a man shooting my friends  that made me very scared.I also remeber that when he was shooting classes in the corridor he was going to shoot at our class but thankfully he did not.15 of the 28 children in the class next door died so did the class teacher.
